Evidence
The product has a defensible scientific basis or a track record measurable against primary literature. No claims we cannot back. No marketing dressed as science.
The Stack
A curated set of partners whose products survive the same evidence test our research does. One per category. Earned, not sold.
The endurance industry runs on logos. We are not interested in logos. The IronPreneur Stack is a short, deliberately scarce list of brands chosen the same way our research is chosen: by the data, the build quality, and whether a serious founder-athlete would actually use the product in a season that matters. If a category has no partner yet, it is because no brand has earned the slot. We would rather show a gap than fill it with a sponsor.
The standard, before the partners
Most communities list every brand that will write a cheque. We do the opposite. Each partner clears the same four-part test before a single logo goes on the page, and stays only as long as it keeps clearing it.
01
The product has a defensible scientific basis or a track record measurable against primary literature. No claims we cannot back. No marketing dressed as science.
02
Built for the volume, travel, and recovery demand of someone training fifteen hours a week while running a company. If it doesn't survive that calendar, it doesn't survive this list.
03
One nutrition partner. One hydration partner. One recovery partner. One wearable. The constraint is the point. No two partners compete inside the Stack.
04
Every partner brings members something that is not on the public site. A code, an allocation, an early-access drop, a private clinic, a service. The membership has to pay for itself in deals, not just in content.
“One per category. Earned, not sold.”
The Stack
Empty slots stay empty until a brand earns them. Slots will move from Open to In conversation to Confirmed in public, as the Stack fills.
Fueling · carbohydrate
OpenThe category that wrecks more long-course races than any other. The partner here will earn the slot on hydrogel science, real-world GI tolerance over six-plus hours, and a fuelling protocol that survives a transcontinental flight calendar.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Hydration · electrolyte
OpenSodium and fluid loss are individual, not generic. The partner here will offer founder-athletes a personalised protocol, not a one-size sachet, and the published methodology to back it.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Recovery · percussion & compression
OpenRecovery is where the adaptation actually happens. The partner here builds devices a busy founder will actually use between meetings and after a brick session, not a gym ornament.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Wearable · sleep, strain, recovery
OpenFounder-athletes need a data layer that reads strain across the business day and the training day as one signal. The partner here is the one whose data founders will actually act on, not just admire.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Wearable · training & racing computer
OpenThe piece of kit that runs the workout, the structured intervals, and race day. The partner here will be chosen on platform openness, multisport reliability, and an ecosystem that integrates with the analytics members already use.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Apparel · race kit
OpenRace kit carries the IronPreneur identity to start lines around the world. The partner here will earn the slot by building a tri-suit that holds for a full-distance day, and by being willing to co-design the club kit with the club.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Eyewear & swim
OpenOpen water, dawn cycling, race-day glare. The partner here is the one whose products survive the conditions members actually train in, not a fashion line that happens to sponsor athletes.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Coaching & analytics
OpenMembers range from rebuilding masters to peaking age-groupers. The partner here offers a platform serious enough for a sub-ten-hour Ironman build and humane enough for a comeback rebuilding from zero.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Longevity, lab testing & preventative health
OpenSingapore-anchored, globally relevant. The partner here is a clinic or lab service offering members the testing and preventative health work that founders in their forties and fifties should already be doing, and most are not.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Race travel & accommodation
OpenA founder-athlete year is twelve months of travel weeks. The partner here is the operator who makes a race week feel like a working week with a finish line in it, not a holiday that fell apart.
No partner has earned this slot yet. We are talking to a short list. When a brand clears the standard, the slot fills. Until then, this gap is the position.
Membership ROI
Every partner brings members something that is not available on the public internet. Some of it is a code. Some of it is an allocation of kit. Some of it is access to a clinic, a lab, or a coach the rest of the market cannot book. Pricing for the tiers is not live yet. The deals are being built first.
A working rule we hold ourselves to: if a member uses two partner deals in a quarter, the membership has paid for itself. The Stack is how the math works.
The Stack opens to members first.
Member-only codes
Verified, member-tier discounts on partner products. Not the public 10% code. The real one.
Early-access allocations
Drops, colourways, and limited kit released to IronPreneur members before public launch.
Service access
Bookings at partner labs, clinics, and coaching services that are otherwise closed-door.
Editorial contribution
Partner experts answer member questions and contribute to the Research Library. The brand pays in expertise, not just product.
For partners
Three tiers. Selective at every level. The lower tiers carry no cash commitment and are how most brands enter. The upper tiers are the conversations we reserve for one or two anchor partners per year.
Tier 01
Tracked-link partnership inside the Research Library and member portal.
Brand brings
Standard commission structure and a member-tier code.
IronPreneur brings
Embedded placement inside relevant editorial. No homepage logo.
Tier 02
The one slot in a category in the Stack.
Brand brings
Product allocation, member-only code, and an expert contributor for one piece of content per quarter.
IronPreneur brings
A Stack card with editorial position, inline citations in research articles, member-deal placement, and a dedicated member email feature.
Tier 03
A small set of anchor partners across the launch year.
Brand brings
Multi-year commitment, kit allocation, race-day support for the IRONMAN TriClub, and co-created content series.
IronPreneur brings
Race-kit logo placement, named partnership in the Race for IronPreneur programme, founding-partner designation across launch communications, and category exclusivity inside the Stack.
Cash sponsorship is available at the founding-partner tier only, and only once a year. We would rather have one partner who belongs on the page than five who paid to be on it.
Two doors
Members get the codes, the allocations, the lab bookings, and the early drops. The Stack opens to the waitlist first.
If you build in one of the categories above and your product clears the four-part standard, start the conversation. Expect a short, candid reply. We say no often, and we say it fast.
Brand inquiry
Five questions. No deck required. The shorter and sharper the reply, the faster we respond.
Disclosure
Every Stack partnership is disclosed. Affiliate links are tagged. Sponsored sections are labelled. Editorial position is written by IronPreneur and edited by IronPreneur, not by the partner. We do not accept cash to change a research finding. If we ever did, the page would say so, and so would the research.
The Stack exists to serve the member first, the partner second, and the brand IronPreneur third. In that order. Without exception.
