The terms that govern your use of the IronPreneur website and waitlist.

These terms cover the current website and waitlist. Separate membership terms will apply when the paid community and platform launch; we’ll publish those before you’re asked to pay for anything.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IronPreneur website at www.ironpreneur.com (the “Site”). IronPreneur is a pre-launch project run as IronPreneur, an independent pre-launch project based in Singapore; it is not yet incorporated as a company or other legal entity (“IronPreneur”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
IronPreneur is a community for founders who also train and race at a high level. Right now, this Site is informational: it shares our story and lets you join a waitlist. Membership, paid features, and a community platform are not yet available, and nothing here is an offer to sell a membership.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee a spot, a price, access by any particular date, or that the community will launch in any specific form. We may change, delay, or discontinue our plans at any time. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content, including text, the IronPreneur name and brand, logos, design, graphics, and imagery, are owned by IronPreneur or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
IronPreneur shares perspectives, frameworks, and references about endurance training, performance, and entrepreneurship. This content is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, health, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional who knows your individual circumstances.
Endurance training and demanding business decisions carry real risks. Always consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any training programme, and seek appropriate professional advice before making business or financial decisions. You act on any information here at your own risk.
The Site may link to third-party websites and sources. We provide these for convenience and reference, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronPreneur and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, especially as IronPreneur grows from a waitlist into a live community. The current version will always be posted here with a “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your home country.
