The IronPreneur Mindset
The fittest founders win

Grit, pacing, recovery, and long-term thinking are not sport-specific. They are operating principles, and they transfer.
Pacing is portfolio management
Go out too hard and you blow up, in the marathon and in the quarter. The athlete who has internalized pacing has already rehearsed the founder's hardest skill: spending energy against a finish line they cannot yet see.
Recovery is not the opposite of work
Adaptation happens in recovery, not in the session. Founders who treat rest as failure accumulate debt that compounds against them. The training calendar teaches what the cap table cannot.
The same engine that finishes an Ironman finishes a fundraise.
